HANACV2SQL ("we," "our," "us," or "the Tool") is a specialized XML to SQL conversion tool. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data handling practices. XML File Content: When you use the conversion service, you will upload XML files. These files may contain any data structured by you. We process this data solely to perform the XML-to-SQL conversion. A copy of the resulting SQL conversion output is stored on our secure servers to provide you with a history of your conversions and to allow you to access your results at any time. We never store your original XML file; it is immediately dropped post-conversion.

b. Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data):

When you use HANACV2SQL, we automatically collect technical data to ensure stability and improve the service. This includes:

Log Information: Your IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and other diagnostic data.
Usage Metadata: Information about your conversions, such as file sizes, conversion timestamps, and the types of SQL formats generated. This is used for analytics and service improvement. We do not scan the content of your XML files for analytics or advertising purposes.

c. Information from Third Parties:

HANACV2SQL does not currently support social media login integration. We do not actively collect personal data from third-party sources. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

3. Payment Processing

HANACV2SQL does not directly process any financial transactions. All payment processing for subscriptions are handled exclusively by our parent company, CODESKIT. When you are redirected to CODESKIT's platform, their privacy policy and terms of service govern the collection of your payment information. We encourage you to review their policies:

HANACV2SQL only receives confirmation of your subscription status from CODESKIT to manage your tool access. This is the only instance where data is shared with a third-party, and it is solely for the purpose of providing the service you have requested.

To Communicate with You: To send essential, non-promotional communications related to your account and the service (e.g., service announcements, security updates).
For Service Improvement and Development: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage metadata (not the personal content of your files) to improve the conversion algorithms and user interface.
To Ensure Security and Prevent Misuse: To monitor for and protect against security threats, unauthorized access, and other malicious activities.

5. Data Storage and Security of Your Files

The security of your conversion results and personal data is our top priority. We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Storage: Resulting SQL conversion outputs are stored on secure, access-controlled servers, specifically Google Cloud Storage (GCS), which employs advanced security features.
Encryption: All data, both in transit and at rest, is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
Access Control: Access to the servers where your files are stored is strictly limited to a small number of authorized personnel who require such access to maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the service. All access is logged and regularly audited. We do not manually access, read, or analyze the content of your stored files unless necessary for technical support at your explicit request.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the XML files through our service. You should not upload files containing information that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to disclose.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

HANACV2SQL uses a minimal set of cookies to ensure the proper functioning of our service:

HANACV2SQL is a professional data processing tool and is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India and process it there.
